This project focuses on consortium-building activities with existing and prospective partners across Europe in preparation for Horizon Europe Cluster 2 calls with a  priority to join or co-develop an established consortium through the brokerage event organised by the Cluster 2 NCP network (Net4Society).

The ICF award will support partnership-building for Horizon Europe Cluster 2 proposals.

Key activities include: attending brokerage events; holding bilateral meetings with potential partners; convening co-design workshops to shape aims, cases and methods; drafting a shared concept note, work-package outline and impact pathway; and securing partner commitments and roles. The project will strengthen international collaboration, refine research ideas on post-conflict democracy, disability inclusion, equality, & enhance competitiveness for Horizon Europe funding.
